Some online merchants that require 3D Secure verification (3DS) will not process the transaction as Visa prepaid gift cards do not support 3DS.

How do I add my Category Choice Gift Card to my mobile wallet?

Category Choice Gift Cards can be added to your Apple, Samsung, or Google mobile wallet. To add your Category Choice Gift Card to your mobile wallet please visit the mobile wallet section in the menu bar for the relevant wallet provider information on how to add to wallet. Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallets have limits to the total number of cards a user can have in their wallet at any one time, and they also have their own security process that may stop a user from being able to add a card to their digital wallet. Category Choice Gift Cards has no discretion on these security controls put in place by Apple, Google, or Samsung Wallets.  

Do I need to register my Category Choice gift card to make purchases?

Yes, your Category Choice gift card must be registered via the registration link on the email you receive to use your Gift Card. You will not be provided with card details until the card has been registered. When registering your Category Choice Gift Card, we require information, including name, email address and phone number of the cardholder be verified prior to making purchases.
